This is the only correct method when the structure around the cut must survive: creating a stair opening in an occupied office, cutting a lift-shaft through five live floors, removing a shear wall section during retrofitting, or making machine-foundation openings in a running factory. Percussion breaking in these situations cracks what you want to keep. Diamond cutting does not.
Our wire saw handles sections too thick or too awkward for blades — transfer beams, thick pile caps, column heads — cutting with a continuous diamond-bead wire that can wrap around any profile.
