Mumbai Demolition Contractor started in 2010 with a single conviction: this city’s redevelopment wave deserved demolition done with engineering discipline, not sledgehammers and guesswork. We began with residential takedowns in Dahisar and the western suburbs, working shoulder to shoulder with builders racing against society handover deadlines.

As the work grew harder — occupied buildings, shared walls, tall structures, live factories — we grew our capability to match. Manual demolition gave way to a machinery-first operation: hydraulic breakers, excavators, diamond and wire saws, high-reach booms, and our own dumper fleet so no project ever waited on a hired-machine no-show.

Fifteen years on, we have executed more than 500 structures across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai — for redevelopment builders, factory owners, housing societies and government contractors. What has not changed is the founding rule: every job runs to a written scope, a written timeline, and a safety record we refuse to compromise. The building does not care about your deadline. Our machines do.
