Interior dismantling — strip-out, in trade language — takes a fitted space back to bare structural shell: partitions, false ceilings, flooring, ducting, cabling, joinery, and services removed, segregated, and hauled out, leaving clean slab and columns ready for the next fit-out.

The discipline is in what you DON’T touch. Base-building services, fire systems serving other floors, facade elements, and structural members must survive untouched. Our crews work from a marked-up demarcation drawing agreed with building management before the first partition comes down.

Most of our strip-out work in Mumbai runs at night and on weekends inside operational commercial towers — Lower Parel, BKC, Andheri East. Materials go down the service lift in bins, debris is out before the building opens, and the floor is vacuumed before we leave. Tenants on the floor below should never know we were there.
